Roshan's Monaro

December 29th 2007

Here are a few before and after photos of Roshan's 2005 Holden Monaro.

The car was clean and neat, but had been buffed by someone who's eagerness with the rotary buffer was not matched by his skill. This left the inevitable swirls and holograms which we set about rectifying.

We started off by going over the whole car with the clay bar to remove the contaminants.

Then we started polishing. On the bonnet and boot, we started with one pass with the Rotex using an Edge yellow pad, and Menzerna Power Gloss. We then went over the whole car with one or two passes of Menzerna Intensive Polish on an Edge green pad. We then finished off polishing by going over the whole car with Menzerna Final Finish on an Edge Blue pad.

After polishing, we washed the car, and then give it a coat of Swissol (Swissvax) Concorso.
