Our New House - What will it look like?

This page shows some photos from the brochures, which will give you an idea of what the finished house will look like.

The Facade

This is pretty much what the new house will look like from the front. The main difference is that only the portico will be bagged as in this photo, the rest of the house will be in the natural brick, to cut down on maintenance. Also, all of the windows will timber instead of aluminium, and there will be a double front door.

The Ground Floor Plans

This is a sketch of the ground floor. Our is pretty much the same as this, except that we knocked out the wall between the study and living room, and this new room will be for a home theatre. Also, the garage has been extended out the front slightly.

The First Floor Plans

This is what the first floor will look like.

The Entry and Gallery

This is the view from just inside the front door, showing the staircase, and the dining room to the right. In our house, the columns will be square, and the timber floors will be Jarrah (Red - Brown Hardwood)

The Family Room, Meals area, and Kitchen

This is a view from the laundry door, looking across the family room to the meals area, with the kitchen on the right. Ours will be similar, except the floors will be Jarrah.

The Master Bedroom
