The brickwork around the front is now finished, and the portico has been bagged. The tilers just need to put the roof tiles on the garage now.

This shot shows the insulation that has been installed underneath the floor.

All of the ducting for the heating and cooling systems has been installed, and the upstairs heater has been installed into the roof. Here's a view of the rats-nest of ducts in the roof space.

The Jarrah floor boards started going down today. Here is the start of 100 square metres of timbers floors. It's all secret-nailed, so that no nails will be visible when its finished.

A picture of the nearly finished front, without the brick-layers truck in the way!

They started doing the brickwork for the steps and porch, and filling in the void with rubble.
